Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 1 working day following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel.

Taking care of the pleats
Roll the garment according to the direction of pleats when storing, do not fold.
Please understand that reprocessing pleats is not possible.
