SEZ  has a 24h return policy: you have 24h from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.

Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 1 working day following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel.

***Made-to-Measure and Personalized pieces can't be returned.***

Shipping Costs for returns are paid by the client.

If you want a piece from the SEZ collections or a made-to-mesaure garment, you can design and create it next to the brand designer via video call.

The Online appointment is created for clients that:

1. Can't attend The Atelier 
2. Live in another country 
3.Want a made-to-measure pieces or dress
4. Have any question regarding the SEZ Collections or made to measure service.
5. Or are curious about the Atelier.

Take a look, touch, feel and be part of a new Fashion Statement.

In our Atelier we try to be as sustainable and conscious as possible. We work only with natural fibers and no scraps are thrown away that can be used to create new garments.

At the Atelier we are Norma and I she in the pattern and sewing part. Our service as a brand is quite personalized and goes beyond just making a garment.

In terms of design, something super characteristic of our brand is the handmade pleats. Each pleat is thought and specially designed with a purpose for the garments.

Caring for your clothing is the easiest way to ensure it lives a long life in your wardrobe

Keep your garment's unique structure in mind while storing to maintain the shape and quality.
Treat the clothes you own as a long-term investment.

Washing and Drying ( Tips )
Wash at a low temperature
Wash at a shorter cycle
Choose a natural liquid rinse
Use a special garment bag ( Silk, Wool, viscose, linen, tencel )
Turn garments inside out to avoid color fading or changes

Taking care of the pleats
Roll the garment according to the direction of pleats when storing, do not fold.
Please understand that reprocessing pleats is not possible.
Dry clean only ( If pleats are done by machine )
Do not dry clean or wash ( If the pleats are done manually on natural fabric )
