SEZ  has a 24h return policy: you have 24h from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.

Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 1 working day following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel.

If you want a piece from the SEZ collections or a made-to-mesaure garment, you can design and create it next to the brand designer via video call. The Online appointment is created for clients that: 1. Can't attend The Atelier 2. Live in another country 3.Want a made-to-measure pieces or dress 4. Have any question regarding the SEZ Collections or made to measure service. 5. Or are curious about the Atelier.

We work only with natural fibers and no scraps are thrown away that can be used to create new garments. At the Atelier we are Norma and I she in the pattern and sewing part. Each pleat is thought and specially designed with a purpose for the garments.

Please understand that reprocessing pleats is not possible. Dry clean only ( If pleats are done by machine ) Do not dry clean or wash ( If the pleats are done manually on natural fabric )
